Q. How do I select Multiple Regions?

A. There are two way to select multiple regions:

Contiguous regions within a track, and across contiguous tracks, can be Drag-Selected. Additionally holding down the ShiftKey while clicking a region will toggle between Selecting and De-selecting the region. Using a combination of both methods makes it easy to select both contiguous and non-contiguous regions anywhere within your project.
