Q. How can I reverse a sound in Apple's GarageBand so that it plays backwards?

A. You can’t, GarageBand currently offers no tools to reverse a region. You would need to export the region and use an Audio Editor to reverse the clip, save it, and import it back into GarageBand via Drag and Drop
