Q. How can I open my Apple GarageBand projects in Protools?

You can not open it directly (the only apps that can open GB projects are GB itself, and the Logic 7 (or later) Series (Logic 7 can open files from GarageBand3 and earlier, Logic 8 can open files from GarageBand4 earlier)), however, it's not difficult to get all your recordings into ProTools.

In order to to Import every track into ProTools you would have to solo and export each GarageBand track one at a time by soloing them each, then load the exported files into ProTools.
