A. Open Track "i"info, click on "Details", click the pencil icon to the right of the Generator PopUp menu, and raise the volume slider.

Open Track "i"nfo, click on the Edit Tab, and click the image under "Sound Generator" to display the windoid with the instrument's controls. Raise the Volume slider.
GarageBand from Apple Computer uses audio loops and MIDI loops in Apple Loops format. It can work with Audio Units plug-ins. Apple Macintosh Compatible FireWire and USB interfaces can be used to connect Audio and MIDI instruments to your Mac, and be recorded into GarageBand.
