A. Only if the iTunes Store song does not have Digital Rights Management (DRM). If it does then no, songs sold at the iTunes Store with DRM are copy-protected and can not be imported into GarageBand. (in 2009 the iTunes store began to do away with all DRM, however you may still have an older, protected, song in your collection)
