Q. Why are GarageBand's Echo and Reverb effects disabled in every track?

A. You turned them off in GarageBand's Master Track. Press Command-B to open the Master Track (if it is not already visible, if it is then select it), click the
button to open the Master Track’s info pane, and turn Echo and Reverb back on (If the Echo and Reverb buttons are not visible, click the word “Details” to reveal them). See Master Track Effects for more info.
