Q. What is the easiest way to duplicate a region?

A. While it's possible to use the standard of Copy and Paste, the easiest method for duplicating one or more regions is to hold down the OptionKey and then click and drag on the region(s). As the duplicate region appears it can be dragged to other areas within the same track, or dragged into another track of the same type ("Real" region to "Real" track, and "Software" region to "Software" track).
