Q. How do I delete a GarageBand song? No matter what I do it shows in the Recent menu.

A. You're just looking at a list of recently opened filenames, it holds nothing more than the names.

You delete GarageBand Project files just like you delete any other file on your Mac, you find the Project File in Finder and drag it to the trash.
