A. The Clip LEDs (usually pronounced as Leds rather than L-E-Ds) are the far right, offset Leds in every track:

If these Leds light up in any track it means the peak of the signal is being truncated and there is likely to be a nasty click in your audio. You need to either...
lower the Volume Fader, or use an effect such as the Peak Limiter or other Dynamics effect to reduce the level such that the Clip Led does not light up at any point while your song is playing.
